Ibanez DT420
July 21, 2002
Ibanez is reissuing the a limited number of the Ibanez Destroyer, a guitar favorite of 80's Heavy Metal rock. "We brought out a scaled down version of the Destroyer, the DTX120, at the 2000 Summer NAMM Show," said Jon Romanowski, the National Sales Manager of Ibanez (as well as an unashamed Destroyer devote').
"That guitar has been a great seller, but it whetted everyone's appetite for the full monty, so to speak. So here it is, in the original size and specs and from the original factory where most of the first Destroyers were created. The good news is the price is unbelievable close to the original 80's price. The bad news is we don't have a whole lot of them and I don't know what the future will bring.Model number: DT420, List Price: $599.99 Available colors: CA Candy Apple, and BP Black Pearl Candy Apple)
